The Customer has a period of fourteen (14) clear days, from receipt of the goods, to exercise their right of withdrawal, without reason or penalties. The cost of returning the Products shall be borne by the Customer, who shall be refunded the full price within a maximum period of 14 days, by cheque, bank transfer or Paypal, depending on the method of payment used by the Customer.

Any request for reimbursement in exercise of this right of withdrawal must be made by email or online form HERE. The Customer will then be provided with an after-sales service number to be indicated on the return package. The Product must be returned in new, undamaged condition with all the relevant accessories, operating instructions and documentation.
